Atlanta, GA
The Liver Life Walk is a key event hosted by the American Liver Foundation (ALF), offering a spirited and uplifting atmosphere. It provides participants with the chance to unite, raise awareness, and generate funds to support the liver health community. Proceeds from the Liver Life Walk benefit the 100 million Americans impacted by liver disease by funding resources, education, and support services, while also advancing advocacy efforts in Washington, D.C., and promoting liver disease research. Through this initiative, ALF is focused on creating a future free of liver disease.
Kidney Walk
Location Varies
The Kidney Walk is a signature fundraising event organized by the National Kidney Foundation, bringing together nearly 70 communities to raise funds, empower those affected by kidney disease, and increase awareness. With more than 80 cents of every dollar going towards research, patient services, education, and advocacy, the walk plays a crucial role in supporting the 37 million Americans living with chronic kidney disease. Participants, whether walking in parks, zoos, stadiums, or virtually, are united in the mission to promote early diagnosis, treatment, and support for kidney health, while advocating for life-saving change on Capitol Hill.
